Plays, pauses, skips, seeks, replays, completion and listening time, recorded server-side per track and per session.

No. Listening is the feedback. Anything beyond that is optional and consent-based.

Only what a fan has explicitly consented to share. Identifiers from external streaming accounts are never exposed to artists.

Results start showing with a handful. Sessions with very few listeners are clearly labelled as early signal rather than a conclusion.
